VaPassion steht für Gemeinschaft.
Es ist uns wichtig, unsere Mitglieder in unsere Initiative zu integrieren. Nur so ist es unserer Meinung nach möglich, den bestmöglichen Team-Spirit bei der Organisation von Events zu schaffen,unsere Mitglieder zu motivieren und den Zusammenhalt in der Initiative zu stärken. Wir möchten auch, dass unsere Mitglieder außerhalb des daily business zum Team werdenund freuen uns, wenn durch VaPassion Freundschaften entstehen. Neben unseren jährlichen Initiativen-Reisenfördern wir die Gemeinschaft durch gemeinsames Ausgehen, Partys und Spirit-Events wie z.B. unserm beliebten Running Dinner.
VaPassion
Running Dinner.
Beim Running Dinner dreht sich alles darum so viele Mitglieder wie möglich besser kennenzulernen, gemeinsam zu kochen, zu essen, zu trinken und vor allem Spaß zu haben. In einer kleinen Gruppe wird man einer Station zugeteilt und bereitet entweder eine Hauptspeise, einen Nachttisch oder Cocktails vor. Zwei weitere Gruppen kommen dann vorbei und man isst oder trinkt gemeinsam. Nun geht man von Station zu Station und trifft jedes mal auf wieder andere Leute! Das Vorglühen & die Cocktails als letzte Station dürfen natürlich auch nicht fehlen! Am Ende des Abends geht es dann gemeinsam mit der ganzen Initiative in den Club, wo man zusammen den Abend auf der Tanzfläche ausklingen lässt.

SUSTAIN - ABILITY
Soziale Verantwortung ist eine der zentralen Herausforderungen in unserem beruflichen Werdegang. VaPassion ist es daher wichtig, auch Unternehmen mit dem Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit, Gleichberechtigung und vielen weiteren sozialen Ausrichtungen kennenzulernen. In unserem Social-Team haben wir Kontakt zu verschiedensten NGOs, sprechen mit Frauen in Führungspositionen oder interviewen GründerInnen von Social Businesses . So lernen wir aus den unterschiedlichsten Perspektiven, worauf es für eine nachhaltige Zukunft ankommt.

Die Sportbranche bewegt sich! Sportevents werden immer beliebter und die Sportwelt gewinnt mehr und mehr an wirtschaftlichem Einfluss. Doch nicht nur SpitzensportlerInnen bietet sie interessante ArbeitgeberInnen. Auch Dir stehen die Türen offen, für eine Karriere, die Dich wirklich begeistert! Im Business & Tech Team stehen dir alle Möglichkeiten offen, Einblicke in die Welt innovativer Unternehmen mit zukunftsträchtigen Geschäftsmodellen zu werfen. Wir versuchen dabei jedes Semester aufs Neue alle Facetten der Geschäftswelt abzubilden und möglichst viele Kooperationsideen im Team umzusetzen. Dabei wird hier auch ein großer Fokus auf technologische Fortschritte gelegt, die jeden Tag vermehrt in der Business-Welt auftreten.

Kultur inspiriert uns, Dinge aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln zu betrachten. Seinen Horizont derart zu erweitern ist für VaPassion ein elementarer Bestandteil der persönlichen Weiterentwicklung auf dem Weg, seine berufliche Passion zu finden. Neben der Organisation von kulturellen Events, beschäftigen wir uns im Culture-Team auch mit Fragen rund um Kulturmanagement & Co als Teil der angewandten Betriebswirtschaftslehre.

Auf der von uns organisierten, einzigartigen Mannheimer Fashion Week, tauschen wir uns regelmäßig über diverse spannende Themengebiete aus. Wo auch immer deine Interessen liegen, wir decken von Sustainable Fashion bis zur Beauty-Branche alles ab und bieten dir gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit viele spannende Persönlichkeiten der deutschen und internationalen Modebranche kennenzulernen.
